Program Objectives

• Baccalaureate accounting education that produces accountants who are versatile, discipline, innovative, entrepreneurial, globally competitive and imbued with high ethical standards and social responsibility;
• Research activities focused on local, regional, and national priority areas in accounting and allied areas that will cultivate creative and innovative endeavors and promote sustainable economic development and ecologically sound environment;.
• Active participation in community activities that will serve as avenues for applying knowledge in Accounting for the benefit of the community; and
• Linkages and mutual assistance and endeavors with government; industry and other institutions in the areas of areas of education, research and extensions services.
