Program Objectives
- To provide relevant academic co-curricular and extra-curricular programs in sciences, mathematics and home economics in the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes of prospective secondary teachers.
- To produce secondary teacher graduates proficient in the use of state-of-the-art facilities and techniques of instruction.
- To turn out secondary teacher graduates who can undertake purposeful studies in sciences, mathematics and home economics.
- To train future secondary teachers in sciences, mathematics and home economics who can provide effective transfer of learning that spur economic activity and development.
- To produce secondary teachers in sciences, mathematics and home economics who are equipped with entrepreneurial skills at par with international standards.
