ALUMNI STUDENT SUPPORT GROUP 

To augment the effort of chapters, AIITAFI is organizing student support group who are based in areas where there are a number of Alumni. Within the month of June, DavaoeƄos in IIT, Pagadianons in IIT, Butuanons in IIT, etc, will be organized. They will also be the support group for the arrival of alumni during our 3rd Grand Alumni Homecoming on July 11, 2009 at the MSU-IIT Gymnasium.

ALUMNI HOMECOMING CHAPTER COMPETITION

During the 3rd International Alumni Homecoming, all chapters will send a delegation coming from their respective areas. There will be awards to be given to the Alumni Chapters as follows:

1.       Biggest Chapter Delegation Award

(Award is given to the most number of delegation registered representing a chapter during the Homecoming. Iligan Chapters are not inlcuded)

2.       Biggest Industry Delegation Award

(Award is given to the biggest delegation coming from the different industries in Iligan City.)

3.       Best in Alumni Chapter Uniform Award

 (Award is given to the Chapter wearing the best  Chapter Uniform during the reunion)

4.       Most Outstanding Chapter of the Philippines Award

(Award is given to the Most Outstanding Chapter in the Philippines upon submission of accomplishment reports)

5.       Best in Chapter Banner Award

(Award is given to the Chapter with the Best Chapter banner with its own Logo printed in tarpaulin and displayed during the reunion)

 

ALUMNI CHAPTER EXHIBIT

The Alumni Homecoming will also be the opportunity for the ALUMNI CHAPTERS TO PUT UP AN EXHIBIT with the help of the regional student support group in IIT. This will also serve as the avenue for chapters and students to bond and promote their region.

 

ALUMNI CHAPTER PRESIDENT’S MEET

The Alumni Homecoming will also be the FIRST MEETING OF CHAPTER PRESIDENTS AND AREA REPRESENTATIVES. The Chapter Presidents and their Officers will be formally presented  and recognized during the Reunion

The NEW CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF AIITAFI will also be amended to cater to the needs of chapters and the alumni association.

 

PARALLEL ALUMNI GATHERING

In an effort to make the Alumni reunion more meaningful, AIITAFI is also encouraging parallel alumni event of the different groups in IIT as follows;

3.       Alpha Phi Omega Alumni TapokTapok

4.       Iligan Campus Ministry Alumni Reunion


Fraternities, cultural groups, boarding houses are encouraged to organize an event to make the 3rd Reunion more memorable.
