Overview
The Office for Client Services (OCS) is primarily responsible for the income generating aspects of the Information and Communication Technology Center (ICTC). It handles issues like copyrights, patents, royalties and consultation fees and honoraria. It is the administrative arm of the ICTC in connection with its projects and grants implementation.
