Identification (ID) Cards Issuance
Location: Office for Client Services, 1/F College of Engineering Building
Service Hours: 8:00AM-12:00PM and 1:00PM-5:00PM
Policies:

- Please come in appropriate attire:
- Gentlemen: Polo Shirt
- Ladies: Blouse with collar
- Everyone should check the accuracy of full name, ID No., and other data before printing is done. Otherwise, you will be made to pay for reprinting unless error is technical.
- Students
- First Issuance
- Present recent Institute Official Receipt (OR) and COR.
- Get priority number.
- Proceed to ID picture area.
- Bring PRINTED ID, OR, and control number back to the Office for Client Services (OCS) counter for recording.
- ID Replacement
- Present recent Institute Office Receipt (OR) and COR.
- Pay at the OCS counter (PLEASE PREPARE EXACT AMOUNT).
- 2nd issuance: P150.00 with cord; P125.00 without cord
- 3rd issuance: P200.00 with cord; P175.00 without cord
- 4th issuance: P250.00 with cord; P225.00 without cord
- Get your receipt and priority number.
- Proceed to ID picture area.
- Bring PRINTED ID, Receipt. and control number back to the OCS counter for recording.
- Faculty and Staff
- First Issuance
- Secure an Employee Information Sheet from the HRM Office.
- Submit said form and get priority number.
- Proceed to ID picture area.
- Bring PRINTED ID and control number back to the OCS counter for recording.
- ID Replacement
- Pay at the OCS counter (PLEASE PREPARE EXACT AMOUNT).
- P70.00 without cord
- P95.00 with cord
- Get your receipt and priority number.
- Proceed to ID picture area.
- Bring PRINTED ID, Receipt. and control number back to the OCS counter for recording.
- AIITAFI (Alumni) and IPAG
- Present verified receipt from respective offices.
- Get priority number.
- Proceed to ID picture area.
- Bring PRINTED ID, receipt and control number back to the OCS counter for recording.
ID Validation Stickers Issuance (for Students only)
Location: Office for Client Services, 1/F College of Engineering Building
Service Hours: 8:00AM-12:00PM and 1:00PM-5:00PM
Policies:
- Present recent ID Card, COR and Institute OR.
- In case of lost OR, you pay P 5.00 at the OCS counter.
- One month after from the release of ID Validation stickers, a penalty of P 5.00 shall be imposed for late validation.
OpenLAB: Computer Usage
Location: ICTC OpenLab, Office for Client Services, 1/F College of Engineering Building
Service Hours: 8:00AM-12:00PM and 1:00PM-5:00PM
Policies:
- Pay a minimum of P50.00 at the counter (5 hours consumable).
- Get your receipt.
- Proceed to the Open lab.
- For NEW USERS, think of a username and a password and then request the personnel assigned for the creation of your account. For OLD USERS, use your old username and password and then request the personnel assigned to input corresponding additional time.
- Once your account is created/updated, you may start using a workstation.
ICT Training Lab: Computer and Multi-Media Projector Usage
Location: ICT Training Lab, Office for Client Services, 1/F College of Engineering Building
Service Hours: 8:00AM-12:00PM and 1:00PM-5:00PM
Policies:
- Make your reservation two (2) days before usage.
- Pay at the counter:
- P300.00 per hour inclusive of LCD Multimedia projector
- P300.00 per hour excluding LCD Multimedia projector
- Get your receipt.
- See the personnel in-charge for other details.
Multi-Media Projector Rental
Location: Office for Client Services, 1/F College of Engineering Building
Policies:
- Make reservation two (2) days before usage.
- Pay at the counter:
- P200.00 per hour within the campus between 8:00am to 5:00pm
- P300.00 per hour within the campus after 5:00 (inclusive of technician’s services).
- P1,000.00 for the 1st two (2) hours outside the campus (inclusive of technician’s services).
- P300.00 per hour for the succeeding hours (inclusive of technician’s services).
- Get your receipt.
- Meet the technician in-charge to discuss other technical requirements.
