Two one-act plays that expose the incongruities of today’s charades: Patas is a controversial work by Steven Patrick C. Fernandez about corruption and sexual politics that rock a university. Tambacan goes crazy when Kikay returns from Nuyok in New Yorker sa Tambacan, an adaptation of Marcelino Agana’s hilarious “New Yorker in Tondo.”

UWAHIG
A multi-media traipse through the elemental landscape of postcolonial, postmodern, war-stricken environmentally ravaged Mindanao. The collaborative piece has been produced by Mindulani, Inc., the network of Mindanao theatre artists for the 31^st UNESCO International Theatre Festival. Front acting are new exciting dance works by IPAG’s budding choreographers.
