Its systems molded by the Core Values of Commitment, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, and Service (CITES), IPAG directs efforts to achieve its continuing thematic goals of Innovation, Consolidation, and Recognition.

Last Season, IPAG performed in over 50 appearances of four full-feature productions and various vignettes to over 30,000 nationwide audiences. Over a thousand and five hundred participants learned from its workshops and lectures in dance, stagecraft, playwriting, arts management, and dramatics.

Among the long line of to-do lists for this season are productions (in-base and road shows), workshops, short-term courses in preparation for the proposed Institute of Cultural Resource Management and Development (ICRMD), and international collaborations.
