Arlem Abanes, when not acting, directing, or facilitating workshops manages the guild and works as its Resident Stage Manager. He played the lead in the winning production Ang Paglilitis ni Mang Serapio (1989 CCP Drama Competition winner) and in the tours of Batang Pro . He has performed and toured with IPAG in all major productions and international performances.

Loraine Antiquina is with the music pool. She also works as a member of the staff and joins the international and national company as music performer and vocalist. "Small but terrible" describes her ability for music making. She is a student (on leave) of the College of Education and is Resident Music Artist and Trainor.

Wenna Balaido graduated cum laude (Physical Education) with a dance award. Being one of IPAG's more accomplished dancers she infects audiences with her strong physical presence and grace. She joined IPAG in 1998 and is with the first team joining all touring productions. She also joined the National Choreographers Workshop with Basilio Villaruz. She teaches in the Capitol University in Cagayan de Oro City.
Lex Bryan Bangot mainstays with the music ensemble. He plays the kulintang, gongs, drums, flute, guitar and the rondalla. He also tours with the main company and is part of the Tales and Tatlo sa Isa national tours.
Enrique 'Iking' Batara teaches Political Science and doubles as musician. He remains an "elder" administering and coordinating production of all tours since 1984. He has worked in all major productions since Ranaw , the Singapore Fest, and the world and national tours of Tales.

Flory Vic Caoile joins the IPAG national tours. She graduated with a degree in Sociology. She was also part of the IPAG music ensemble and joined the production How The Women. She was also with the 2006 US tour.

Genevieve Dargantes dances with the national touring pool and trains applicants. She joined the IPAG after stints with a high school performing group in Compostela Valley. She is pursuing a degree in Physical Education.
Amado Guinto cuts a mysterious figure as the non-persona lead he played in his debut in How the Women . He joined the IPAG in 1998 and after taking parts in the chorus now acts as lead and support dancer in Tales . Amado is also with the IPAG touring company and handles training as Rehearsal Master and as Associate Choreographer.  Amado joined the Asia Meets Asia Festival in Tokyo and the 2006 US tours. He trained in choreography with Denisa Reyes and Steve Villaruz in the National Choreographers Workshop and the Vaganova technique with Rene Hinojales. He studies ballet and modern dance under Connie Lo-Noval.

Julius Gregory Hechanova as wholesome as the-boy-next-door is one of IPAG's more busy bodies. Besides working with the staff, Jul dances, acts, and tours with the IPAG. He joined the Guild in 1998. He recently graduated with a degree in Education and passed the Teacher's Board immediately after. He studies ballet and jazz under Connie Lo-Noval and Rene Henojales. Jul taught in the Don Bosco in Cebu City.

Eleanor Judith-Lila performs as actress and dancer in major roles of IPAG’s tours since 1985. Her performance credits are numerous but she is well remembered for her role as the scrupulous and comic female monkey in Tales most-applauded vignette that has established IPAG's popularity among Europe's and this country's audiences. She was recognized with the Niaga-Siruffy award in the Pearl Anniversary.

Elaine Macamay-Baulete may have an angelic profile but looks are deceiving. Inside those sweet features is a bagful of mischief. She portrayed Connie in How the Women. She may be petite and (once) slim, but this is not because of a lack of appetite but because of a voracious energy she expels during performance. An actress, she tours with Tales and is lead in Ming Ming. She teaches Political Science in the MSU-IIT.

Lara Fatima Maglinao played the sensual Amada who cavorts as the Tadtarin in How the Women . She started dancing at 6 years old and has had several stints with theater and dance here and in the States. Her most memorable theater experience was perhaps when she auditioned for the Philippine staging of Ms. Saigon. She performs for the Tales international tours and acted in Isa Pang Kawing.

Lilybeth Maraon has danced for the IPAG since 1989 and has joined most national and international tours. She also danced the lead role of Sarimanok in Tales. Besides performing, Libat audits and accounts for the Guild's finances. As resident artist, she trains and rehearses budding performers and is with the Creative Pool. She also joined the National Choreographers Workshop with Basilio Villaruz.
