NOLLY CEBALLOS
Resident Choreographer
Most of IPAG’s trailblazing dance pieces are attributed to Nolly’s
innovative choreography which merges elements of Mindanao’s ethnic
flavors. He honed his skills in the over two decades he has evolved with
the Guild creating such pieces as How the Women of Joaquin Met
Lawanen, Earth, Wind, Fire and Water, The Legend of Maria
Cristina, among many others. He was a scholar with the Ballet
Philippines workshops for consecutive summers, and trained under Agnes
Locsin, Noordin Jumalon and Denisa Reyes. He also received a scholarship
for the first ever Choreographers Workshop training under Norman Walker.
He is a much sought-after choreographer and dance director working in
most of IPAG projects with works that have received much acclaim. He has
a Masters Degree in Psychology and holds two undergraduate degrees in
Physical Education and Business Administration. He teaches in New York
City’s Department of Education.

JOEY NOMBRES
Lighting Director
Joey is one of the country leading lights directors. He has lighted most
major concerts of major stars here and abroad including the Asian tour
of Barry Manilow, and the concerts of Diana Krall, Roxette, Kuh Ledesma,
among many others. In theater, he has worked with the Gantimpala Theater
Foundation, Tanghalang Pilipino, Ballet Philippines, and the Europe tour
of the ASEAN production of “Realizing Rama.” He has joined the IPAG in
most world tours in Europe and now in America.

JULIET CELESTE F. MALIT
Founding Choreographer
Juliet grew with the IPAG when the guild was a fledgling group. She
choreographed the first major works of the company after her stints with
the UST Salinggawi and the CCP Dance Workshops where she trained with
Alice Reyes, Norman Walker, Cora Inigo, and Rene Hofillena. IPAG’s
first signature work Sarimanok was her Master’s thesis in dance
composition at the University of the Philippines. She choreographs and
teaches dance at the Cary Ballet Conservatory – Cary Ballet Company in
North Carolina. She was nominated for the 2003 Raleigh Medal of Arts
Achievement in the Performing Arts. She teaches Physical Education and
is Dance Specialist at the St. Mary Magdalene Catholic School in Apex. |

HOBART SAVIOR
Associate Director
Bart directs, acts, and manages a theater company. Hobart joined the
IPAG for chorus roles in the first staging of
Datu Matu in 1995, and took the lead role for the musicale's featured staging to celebrate the CCP Outreach's silver year. He also plays lead for Ming Ming andIsa Pang Kawing.
He received good reviews for his recent direction of Patas and
New Yorker sa Tambacan. He has directed various other plays in
Cagayan de Oro where he founded the Liceo Theatre and Performing Arts. He teaches at the English Dept. of the College of Arts and Social Sciences, MSU-IIT, where he
graduated (cum laude) with degrees in English and a Master's in English
Language Teaching. He performed for the Singapore Initiation Intl
Festival and acted in the independent film All Things New. |
