With a clear Vision and Mission , a theater organizes its resources. Its most important resource is the people that run it. Its organization may look like the flow chart below. A theater company is organized dependent on the Vision-Mission it aims to fulfill. If the organization does not accomplish the aims of the company, change the organization. Illustrated below may be an organization in near-ideal conditions; however, no ideal condition exists especially in a company manned by volunteers. This is the reality in Philippine Theater management.
The most practical effort in organizing is being able to understand the needs of your company and to respond to these needs. Responding will also mean that you are in control of the organization you wish to develop. The sample flow chart therefore is not an imposition. Be flexible. This flexibility will be dependent on prevailing conditions that will not be exactly ideal. Manpower will always be deficient and there will alway be the lack of resources, among many others.
