Process Engineer
(Southern Tagalog - First Philippine Industrial Park, Sto. Tomas, Batangas)

Responsibilities: 

• Determine process approaches and parameters;
• Initiate and drive process yield/capability improvements;
• Maintain high quality documentation on all products, processes and procedures;
• Establish process controls for new products and key processes;
• Propose, review and evaluate processes;
• Analyze and select components and equipment, as well as evaluate supplier capabilities;
• Design and conduct independent experiments or tests;
• Perform assembly failure and defect analysis;
• Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendations;
• Direct and manage design implementation of required process changes and modifications;
• Plan, conduct and direct complex projects or major phases of significant projects.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Engineering Degree (ECE, ME, EE or IE);
• At least 3 years experience as Process Engineer or equivalent technical support position in a manufacturing company;
• The candidate must also have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a self-directed environment;
• Knowledge on the fundamentals of production process and product engineering discipline and supervisory management;
• Working knowledge of SPC, LSS and DOE necessary;
• General wafer fabrication knowledge and process engineering experience is advantage;
• Strong analytical and statistical problem solving skills, relating to area of responsibility.
• Willing to be relocated in Luzon particularly in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

Cadet Engineers (16)

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree (ECE, ME, EE or IE);
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Having an academic award/ license is an advantage
• The candidate must have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a self-directed environment;
• Strong analytical and statistical problem solving skills, relating to area of responsibility.
• Willing to be relocated in Luzon particularly in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
